Change Email Password

Follow these steps to change your email password through the webmail portal.

Step-by-Step Instructions

  1. Open your web browser and navigate to https://webmail.lodcustomer.com (replace with your actual domain)
  2. Enter your login credentials:
    • Email Address: your-username@lodcustomer.com
    • Password: Your current email password
  3. Click Sign In or Login
  4. Once logged in, look for the Options menu in the top navigation bar
  5. Click on Options to open the dropdown menu
  6. Select Login from the options menu
  7. You will see a login settings page - click Login again (yes, there are two "Login" options)
  8. Enter your password change details:
    • Current Password: Enter your current email password
    • New Password: Enter your desired new password
    • Confirm Password: Re-enter your new password to confirm
  9. Click the Save button to apply your new password
  10. You should see a confirmation message that your password has been changed successfully

Important Notes:

  • Password Requirements: Make sure your new password meets the security requirements (typically 8+ characters with a mix of letters, numbers, and symbols)
  • Update Email Clients: After changing your password, you'll need to update the password in all your email clients (Outlook, mobile apps, etc.)
  • Domain Replacement: Remember to replace "lodcustomer.com" with your actual domain name
